Biography
- Areas of specialization: all lawsuits related to civil and commercial law in addition to, rent and labor, and issues of banking and collection.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Aleppo - Syria, a member of the Bar Association in Syria since 2006, holds a certificate of professor in law since 2008, a qualified lawyer before the Syrian Court of Cassation and well-versed in the field of arbitration.
- Experience: Mr Yosef has a lot of experience in the field of law firms in Syria. He worked as a legal advisor and official for the Civil Implementation Department at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank for the Emirate of Dubai and all the northern emirates and has good experience in pursuing the case in the small claims courts at the DIFC courts in Dubai.
He also has a high skill in negotiating, managing and achieving bank settlements especially in relation to the transactions of individuals or companies with the bank, as well as in preparing notes, pleadings and expert discussions and is familiar with extensive court procedures in the United Arab Emirates.
