Biography
Mr. Sultan Al Obeidli is an experienced advocate and litigator, licensed to appear before all UAE federal courts and Dubai Courts.
In 2006, he has started his career as a prime session secretary in Dubai courts, as well as secretary and rapporteur of Judicial Committee for Incomplete and Canceled Real Estate Projects.
Over the years, he has acquired an extensive practice experience in all areas of law specializing in Civil, Commercial, Real Estate law and is highly effective in handling litigation and arbitration cases.
He also has expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts as well as dealing with contractors, investors and major developers in real estate.
