Manaa has acquired an experience of 21 years in the government as an investigating officer and senior legal advisor in the Dubai government’s legal department.
He also acted as a criminal defense lawyer specializing in corporate finance fraud and represented major financial entities and banks in commercial litigation, asset tracing and arrest.
